Marine Heights Co-op is a complex of sixteen 2-storey buildings totaling 144 units, rambling along six and a half acres of landscaped grounds and wooded hillside on Cliffside Drive.  Of these 144 units, 141 are 2 bedroom, 2 are 1-bedroom and 1 is a bachelor unit.  Being able to see Lake Ontario from its park-like settings makes it a choice location in apartment living.  Transportation, schools churches, medical facilities – all the necessary amenities of life are just around the corner.

The buildings were built in the early nineteen fifties by a master contractor.  In July 1980, when the buildings were incorporated as Marine Heights Co-operative, extensive rehabilitation was necessary.

The area now occupied by Marine Heights Co-op retains, as a legacy from its early days as part of the Cliffside Golf Course.  It is the Bluffs themselves that make our setting unique.
